Students can become a dually-enrolled student at Orlando Tech during their junior or senior year in high school.

Prerequisites:

• 16 years of age or older
• Availability of elective credits
• 2.0 GPA or better
• Good attendance and discipline record
• Appropriate Reading and Math scores

Enrollment Process:

1. Complete application
2. Attend program orientation
3. Submit all paperwork
4. Complete high school schedule request upon acceptance

The coordinator at Orlando Tech as well as high school coordinators can provide more detailed information about program requirements, transportation availability and registration procedures.

High school students must provide proof of medical insurance before enrolling in career and technical programs. While Orange County high school students do not pay for transportation, tuition or books, there may be minimal materials and uniform costs incurred.
