Fee Schedule

Tuition and fees are established by the School Board of Orange County for programs offered. These costs are subject to change in accordance with legislative action.

Application …a non-refundable $25 one-time application fee is assessed for every full-time or part-time vocational certificate. A non-refundable annual $15 application fee is assessed for every Adult General Education or AEL adult student enrolling in a Career and Technical Education center. The fee is non-transferable between Career and Technical Education Centers and must be paid prior to the student taking the Test of Adult Basic Education (TABE) and completing the registration process. (Fee is transferable if application is processed through Central Admissions.)

Tuition …tuition fees are charged for certificate classes and for Adult General Education (AGE) classes taken by students who already have a high school diploma/GED and score 9.0 or above on the TABE. There is no tuition fee for resident students enrolled in Adult English Literacy (AEL) classes who have basic academic skills at or below the eighth-grade level pursuant to State Board Rule. Dual Enrollment students (high school students who take electives at a Career and Technical Education Center while obtaining the required academic courses at their high school) do not pay tuition or lab fees, but may be required to purchase program related items. Students without a high school diploma are not charged a tuition fee for basic education classes. Students with an I-20 visa pay non-resident fees for AEL and Adult Basic Education classes.

Other Textbooks, workbooks, tools, supplies, and/or specialized equipment may be required. The counselor or advisor can provide a list of related costs for each program. Every student and staff member on campus is required to wear a photo identification badge. The initial badge is prepared during orientation at no charge. Replacement cost is $5.

A current parking decal must be displayed on any vehicle parked on campus. Students are required to pay $15 for each parking decal requested.
