Access 2000/2002 Introduction
Course will introduce you to a relational database design and allow you to create a new database and table, enter records in datasheet view, create a form, edit and delete records, sort the records in a table, create and run a query, modify a query, create a simple and grouped tabular report, import spreadsheet data into an Access table.

Access 2000/2002 Intermediate
After completing this course, you will be able to specify a required field, define a default value, add a memo field to a table, display multiple tables, create a relationship between two table, display and use a subdatasheet, design a custom form, extract information from multiple tables, create a mailing label report, link An Access object to an HTML file, compact and repair a database.

Access 2000/2002 Advanced
After participating in this course, the student will be able to validate field entries, create a custom input mask, a master-detail form, an advanced filter, a parameter query, a query to generate summary information, an action query, and a master-detail report. They will create and run a macro, create a command button, write an event procedure, set a database password, encrypt and decrypt a database, add a PivotTable and a PivotChart to a data access page and create a switchboard, export Access data to an XML document, import an XML document into Access. Save an Access database in an MDE file, and create an Access workgroup.

Excel 2000/2002 Introductio
Course provides an introduction to Excel. The student will learn to enter labels, values, and formulas into a worksheet, move and copy cell entries, compute row/column totals, insert and delete rows and columns, reset the font and number format of cell entries, add a border and shading to a worksheet, and use Excel functions.

Excel 2000/2002 Intermediate
In this course participants will learn to use a workbook template, enter absolute cell references, use financial functions, plot a basic chart, modify and enhance a chart, set up related worksheets, enter a formula to link related worksheets in a workbook, format multiple worksheets, access the World Wide Web from Excel.

Excel 2000/2002 Advanced
Student recieve instruction on how to restrict cell entries to specific numbers, dates or times, restrict cell entries to specific entries in a list, create a custom number format, apply conditional formatting, define a range name, use the VLOOKUP and HLOOKUP functions, create a template, trace precedents and dependents in a worksheet. Students also learn to trace errors in a worksheet, enter formulas to link multiple workbooks, create a workspace, sort and filter database records, create a PivotTable report, create a PivotChart report, use the solver, outline a worksheet, import data from other applications into Excel, export Excel data into other applications, track changes in a workbook, and protect both a shared and an unshared workbook..

Basic Typing/Keyboarding
The objective of this course is to provide the student with the necessary skill to keyboard the alphabetic keys by touch. Skilled timing drills will be given to determine speed and technique drills will be given to enhance progress.

Introduction to Personal Computing
Student learn about the system unit, monitor, keyboard, mouse, trackball, scanner, printer, modem, sound cards, speakers and other peripheral devices. Students will also learn about system software, application software, hard disks and floppy disks, CD-ROM disks, Zip disks, Jazz disks and Super Disks. After completing this course, the student will be able to Use Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Access to complete basic applications.

Outlook 2000, Introduction
The objectives for this class are to teach the student to send and receive mail messages, attach an external file to a mail message, sort the inbox listing, move a mail message into a new folder, delete and restore a mail message, schedule a single and recurring appointment, schedule an event, print the calendar, and to respond to a meeting request.

PowerPoint 2000/2002 Introduction
Course objectives include creating a title and bulleted list slide, how to add an AutoShape to a slide, how to add a table to a slide, format a table, apply design templates, modify the slide and title masters, add transition effects to slides, and run a slide show.

PowerPoint 2000/2002 Intermediate
Students learn to link and embed Microsoft Excel worksheet entries to a PowerPoint presentation, how to embed Word text in a presentation, use the formatting toolbar to enhance text, stack and group AutoShapes, create a three-dimensional AutoShape, add animation effects to slides, access the World Wide Web from PowerPoint, copy slides from one presentation to another, import a Word outline into PowerPoint.

PowerPoint 2000/2002 Advanced
The course objectives include copying a design template from one presentation to another, setting and clearing tab stops, creating a chart, adding a Word and Excel table to a slide, inserting sound and video clips into a slide, customize the slide background of a new design template, create a hyperlink to branch from a specific slide and to another presentation, set automatic slide timings, exporting a presentation to Word.

Windows 2000 Introduction
You will learn to log on and off Windows 2000, customize taskbars and toolbars, copy and move files, create and rename folders and files, copy a disk, format a disk, run a program from the Start menu, copy data between programs, link and embed data from one program into another.

Word 2000/2002 Introduction
This course will teach the student how to insert and delete text, move and copy a text block, apply attributes to text, indent a paragraph, create a numbered/bulleted list, reset left and right margins, set and clear tab stops, reset line and paragraph spacing and reset text alignment.

Word 2000/2002 Intermediate
This session will enable the student to insert symbols into a document, create and format a table, create parallel and newspaper columns in a document, apply a style to text, create a new template, create an outline-style numbered list, create an artistic text block, and add a header/footer and page number to a document.

Word 2000/2002 Advanced
After participating in this course, the student will be able to sort paragraphs and lists, create and apply a new style to text, produce calculations in a table, create a table by linking or embedding a Microsoft Excel worksheet, create a table of contents and index, create footnotes, endnotes, and cross references, and create a mail merge.
